I worked on this project with the Workspace content marketing team and an external agency. My team initiated this project in response to the unfavourable press Changi Business Park faced, aiming to showcase the diversity of tenants at the park and how CapitaLand has supported their growth.
As part of this project, I utilised Canva to craft a short video to support the article. I also edited the article, making sure to highlight key USPs and align the agency's writing with CapitaLand's tone of voice and brand guidelines.
The Symphony of R&D: Innovating the Future at Singapore Science Park and one-north

I led this organic content project, where I showcased CapitaLand's support of innovation and life sciences through its key stakes in Singapore Science Park (which it owns) and one-north. Written and published in Q3 2024, this piece was proposed as part of ongoing efforts to drum up interest in Singapore Science Park's then-upcoming extension, Geneo.

I implemented SEO best practices to this piece, which enjoys first-page rankings for target keywords like 'singapore science park one north' and 'greater one north'.
